About the Role
We are seeking a Game Developer with solid hands-on experience in game development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of core gameplay programming, experience working on live or shipped titles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced game studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain gameplay features using industry-standard game engines (primarily Unity)
- Translate game design documents into functional and engaging game mechanics
- Write clean, optimized, and maintainable code
- Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and QA to ensure smooth feature integration
- Optimize performance for mobile platforms (Android / iOS)
- Debug issues, fix bugs, and contribute to continuous game improvements
- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 3–5 years of professional game development experience
- Strong proficiency in C# (Unity) or relevant programming language
- Hands-on experience with Unity game engine
- Solid understanding of gameplay systems, OOP, and design patterns
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
Nice to Have
- Experience with mobile game publishing or live-ops support
- Familiarity with performance profiling and optimization techniques
- Knowledge of backend integration, analytics, or multiplayer systems
- Prior experience in a mobile gaming studio
