Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Monetization Associate to support and optimize our mobile game monetization operations. This role will serve as a key coordination point between internal game studios and external ad network partners, ensuring smooth ad operations, accurate revenue tracking, and continuous performance improvement.

The position provides hands-on exposure to mobile ad monetization, mediation platforms, revenue analytics, and performance optimization strategies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and eager to grow within a fast-paced gaming environment, with a clear progression path toward increased ownership and strategic responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily communication and coordination with ad networks such as MAX (AppLovin), AdMob, Unity, and other mediation partners.
  • Monitor ad performance across games, including eCPM, fill rate, impressions, ARPDAU, and revenue trends.
  • Assist in identifying and troubleshooting ad delivery issues, SDK-related problems, waterfall inefficiencies, and revenue discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal development teams to ensure proper ad integration, placement optimization, and mediation setup.
  • Assist in implementing and tracking monetization experiments, including A/B testing, waterfall restructuring, bidding optimization, and placement performance analysis.
  • Reconcile network-reported revenues with internal dashboards and financial reports, highlighting inconsistencies where necessary.
  • Maintain structured and accurate reporting sheets in Excel, ensuring data integrity and version control.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Support forecasting exercises and contribute insights for revenue planning discussions.
  • Assist the Monetization Lead with cross-functional initiatives, documentation, process improvements, and special analytical projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in analytics, operations, ad monetization, digital advertising, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year program), preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, basic data analysis).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for liaising with ad networks and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong willingness to learn mobile game monetization mechanics and adapt in a performance-driven gaming ecosystem.
