Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior React Native Developer to lead the development of scalable, high-performance mobile applications. This role requires deep React Native expertise, strong architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor junior developers while delivering production-grade code.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
- Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance app structures
- Convert product requirements and UI/UX designs into robust technical solutions
- Integrate complex APIs, third-party services, and native modules
- Ensure code quality through reviews, standards, and best practices
- Optimize performance, memory usage, and app responsiveness
- Troubleshoot critical issues and deliver timely fixes
- Collaborate closely with product, backend, and design teams
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team skill growth
- Participate in technical planning and estimation
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and React Native
- Proven experience building and shipping production mobile apps
- Deep understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns
- Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and real-time data handling
- Familiarity with native integrations for iOS and Android
- Solid experience with Git and collaborative workflows
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
Preferred / Plus Points
- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience leading small teams or mentoring developers
- CI/CD pipeline setup for mobile apps
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Detox)
Experience
- 4–6+ years of mobile development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on React Native experience
